Bak-Chang..
Last Sunday, marks the 5th day of the 5th month on the Lunar Calendar.. It is the dumpling festival.. Apparently this festival is related to the Dragon boat race festival… Go read about the legend about this festival here at Wikipedia..
Here’s my favorite one.. In Nyonya style..

Oops.. Sorry you won’t see the difference until you see/taste the filling..
By the time I cut open the string, and open up the leaves.. I was already at the midpoint of finishing it.. So yea.. Sorry.. No photos of the filling.. Try it next time..
Lately, I have been quite lazy to update this space.. Hence, please forgive the 1 photo per blog post.. Hahaha.. My camera is collecting dust.. Anyone wanna go out for photogaphy session? I am kinda bored…
